Since we sell several thousand products and do not maintain an inventory of the merchandise we sell, we sometimes find that there has been a price increase from the respective supplier/shipper at the time an order is placed. Naturally, we are embarassed when that happens, but still reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. In the event the price of an item has gone up, customers with unprocessed orders for the item will be notified before being charged the higher price.


Our Standard Shipping Methods are United Postal Service, FedEx or UPS Ground for domestic orders and United States Postal Service for international orders.

* $10.95 Flat-Rate Ground Shipping from a single supplier/shipper to Continental U.S. locations on orders under $175.00, depending on supplier/shipper rate policies.

* FREE SHIPPING from a single supplier/shipper, except for orders requiring Freight Truck delivery and depending on supplier/shipper rate policies, to Continental U.S. locations on orders over $175.00.

* Orders that will be shipped from multiple suppliers/shippers may incur additional shipping charges.

Just so you know:

  • Orders are normally processed the same day as received and shipped in 1-2 days. We do not collect any credit card information from you! On the Payment Options page you can elect to pay by Credit Card or PayPal at the time of your order, or by Wire Transfer.

  • In order to keep our costs down, we do not maintain an inventory. The savings is passed on to you through lower prices. However, sometimes a supplier/shipper has a price increase that we are not aware of, and we have to raise our price to you even after you have ordered. We are embarrassed and apologize beforehand for those times. In addition, sometimes an order has to be shipped from multiple locations, in which case we will notify you of any additional shipping charges before processing the order.

  • Before processing an international order we have to calculate the shipping charge (usually with the United State Postal Service), which can take a day or two. We will notify you of the shipping charge and send you our secure payment link in order to complete your order. Although the U.S. Postal Service is the least expensive shipping method, it can be a little risky for these reasons: 1.) packages can be very difficult to track, 2.) it can take 2 months or more for reimbursement in case of loss. While we have yet to have a package lost in shipment, if you choose to have your order shipped via USPS anyway, it is assumed that you understand and accept these limitations, and that you will not file a dispute with your credit card company because of a delay in loss reimbursement.


We offer a 15 day Satisfaction Guarantee on the items sold through this site, except Special Order items and opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography -- unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer; contact the manufacturer for details.

If you need to return an item to us, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. We will give you a Credit or Refund, less Shipping and Handling, for all approved returns.

NOTE: Returns of non-defective items may be subject to a 15% Restocking Charge.
